Hamed Vand
I’m Hamed Vand, an Electrical Installation Level 2 student building a career in the electrical industry, with a passion for software and technology.
I enjoy understanding how things work, solving technical problems and connecting what I learn in code with the physical world.

Electrical installation is my career focus. Software adds another way to think, build and solve problems.
I’m currently studying a Level 2 Electrical Installation Diploma through an evening course, developing my knowledge of electrical principles, circuits and safety. My goal is to become a skilled electrician through supervised practical experience.
My earlier freelance programming projects were primarily in Python. I continue to study computer science and C independently, with an interest in embedded systems, electronics and connected devices.
Current training, with the goal of gaining supervised, hands-on experience and learning from qualified electricians.
Developing an understanding of electrical installation principles, circuits and foundational technical knowledge.
Learning electrical safety and safe working practices as part of my training.
Seeking an electrical apprenticeship or an entry-level role as a trainee electrician, electrician’s mate or electrical labourer.
Currently a student, working towards a career in electrical installation.
Independent study alongside my electrical training, building on earlier programming experience.
Developing my foundations in computer science and structured problem-solving, while continuing to learn C.
Exploring the relationship between code, electronics and physical hardware, with an interest in microcontrollers.
An ongoing learning interest in infrastructure, application deployment and the connection between devices and cloud services.
Selected public repositories and a space for documented electrical training. Software work is presented in its learning context.
College exercises, circuit diagrams and supervised installation training.
Training work will appear here with its context and learning outcomes.
Programming projects, technical experiments and embedded systems learning.
An independent learning repository with Python refresh exercises and object-oriented examples covering products, orders, composition and inheritance.

Earlier projects primarily using Python, developing independent learning and troubleshooting skills.
Provided casework and service-user support, developing communication, organisation and people-facing skills.
Worked on ASF1-related casework requiring a structured, detail-focused approach.
Supported service delivery and responded to people in a busy support environment.
